All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD), orders are processed after confirmation via call or message.

 2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

* Karachi: 1–3 working days
* Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.

 3. Shipping Charges

* Standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
* Any promotional offers (e.g., free shipping) will be clearly stated.

 4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

 5. Delivery Instructions

* Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate.
* Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
* Keep the exact amount ready for Cash on Delivery orders.

 6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

* Incorrect address
* Customer unavailability
* Refusal to accept the order

The order may be cancelled, and future COD orders may be restricted.

 7. International Shipping
International shipping will be introduced soon.

 8. Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Nidarag is not liable for such delays but will assist in resolving any issues.
