Items can be exchanged if:

* Original packaging is intact
* Request is made within 3 days of delivery

Exchange is only applicable for:

* Size issues
* Defective or damaged items

We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

 Conditions for Exchange

* Item must not be worn, washed, or altered
* Tags and packaging must be intact
* Proof of purchase is required

 Exchange Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Instagram within 3 days
2. Share order details + issue
3. Our team will guide you for the exchange process

 Shipping Charges

* Customer will bear return shipping cost
* Delivery charges for replacement may apply

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

* Report within 48 hours
* Provide clear images
* We will arrange a replacement

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchange for:

* Change of mind
* Slight color differences (due to lighting/screens)
* Used or damaged items (by customer)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
